Jadyn's Games

Hey there, random person on the internet. I'm Jadyn, and this is a website where I post stupid games I make for fun. Most of the stuff on here is pretty lame, but there are at least a couple things worth playing. I keep an update log down below if you're interested, and at the bottom of the page, there's a credits section with the sole purpose of making sure I don't get sued. If you really love this website and want to show me some support, visit store.jadynsgames.com to buy some merch! Anyways, play some games if you feel like it, and then go do something useful with your life. Have fun...

Updates:
December 28, 2021- Added a game page for pop. so you won't be redirected to itch.io anymore, fixed a small parity issue with Roller Snag, and added pop. to the credits section.
December 13, 2021- Fixed the grammar in the credits section today. Terribly exciting, I know.
July 19, 2021- A week and a half ago, it was rainy, I was bored, and I had absolutely no idea what to do with myself. So I did what anyone who's bored would do: I began searching for something to keep myself occupied! What I ended up finding was an online game making competition called a "game jam", in which game developers create a themed project in a short period of time and submit it to see how they rank compared to others in the contest. Upon signing up on Thursday (July 8th), I was tasked with designing and coding a game where the player is its own ammo, and bubbles are a central part of the game. Projects were due on Sunday at midnight, and work on the project was to begin on Friday. (Giving me only 72 hours to complete a finished game!) Like many of the projects I do on my website, it involved me getting absolutely no sleep and even pulling a couple all-nighters, so I ended up spending a full week just trying to regain my sleep back properly once I was finished. Now that I'm well rested, though, I decided to finally upload my entry to Jadyn's Games! It's a minimalist top-down shooter where small chunks are removed from the player as ammo, and I had a lot of fun making it. I actually did pretty well in the rankings, too, and earned myself 21st place out of 162 other entries. If you want to check out the submission page and see some comments and rankings, click HERE, and if you want to check out the jam's explanatory page, click HERE. To play some of the other entries in the jam, click HERE, and if you'd like to play my game, then just use the game link below where my games always are. Thanks for reading this entire post if you made it down this far, and have a nice day!
June 22, 2021- Currently, it's 1:30 in the morning, and instead of sleeping in bed, I'm sitting at my desk putting the finishing touches on my brand-new update for Cube Climb 2. It was probably a bad idea to forgoe sleep in favor of a stupid coding project, but at least I finally finished. I've been working on it for around a month now, and it's packed with features! First off, there's now a save/load system that keeps track of your high score, and how many coins you've collected in-game over the entire time that you've been playing. There's also three new features to play around with during gameplay: a spinning saw blade to make things a bit more difficult, a fan that slowly pushes you upward, and a trampoline that shoots you into the sky! Most importantly, however, there's now a progression-based mode with hand-made levels. Right now, I have eight levels available, each with three stars to collect, though I hope to add more in the future. Finally, I've fixed tons of bugs in the game and tweaked some values in the code to make the game more fun. Enjoy the update I guess... I'm going to go and enjoy some sleep now.
May 29, 2021- Fixed some bugs and addded difficulty modes to Sweet Beats!
March 5, 2021- Bug fix for Cube Climb.
March 4, 2021- Wow, a couple people actually bought merch... If you were one of the ones who bought something, then thanks! For the 99% of people who didn't buy something, however, the new products I've just added to the store might interest you: Laptop decals, mouse pads, and items that just have my URL on them. Enjoy!
January 31, 2021- A couple months back, I was going about my day when I had a brilliant idea: Why not sell merch on my website? As stupid as that sounds, I decided that it might just be a good idea, and that at least one person might just buy it... So here we are many weeks later with an official Jadyn's Games merch store! Just head on over to store.jadynsgames.com to check it out, and maybe even buy something. (And if you really enjoy the merch, make sure to spread the link around!)
January 30, 2021- Unless you were talking to a hacker, most people would probably tell you that a secure website is better than an unsecure one. Well, it's about time that my website lives up to that statement, so today, I finally decided to properly secure my website. (See the nice little padlock in the corner?)
January 9, 2021- Bug fixes and a couple small tweaks for Roller Snag.
January 2, 2021- I think the holdiay season is over... So I took the santa hat off my logo today.
January 1, 2021- In with the old, out with the new, said no one ever before. Even though I released a new game the other day, I decided to ring in the new year with an update to the one and only original Cube Climb. Tons of brand new features have been added, including a pause button, a hotkey system for more experienced players, and even a new power-up: Rocket Boosters! I've also fixed some bugs and added a couple quality of life changes.
December 29, 2020- Minor tweaks and improvements for Cube Climb 2.
December 28, 2020- After about a month's worth of work, I can proudly bring you my brand new game: CUBE CLIMB 2, a fast-paced pixelized platformer (that never actually ends). It's got brand new graphics, beautiful animations, double-jumping, wall clinging, moving platforms, and pretty much anything else you'd want from a vertical platformer game! In fact, this game packs so much into one tiny webpage that your browser might even have a hard time running it, so I've provided downloads for Windows, macOS, and Linux computers. Good luck, and enjoy the game!
December 25, 2020- It's Christmas today, and I asked for an Xbox gift card... I got a three-inch-thick novel from the 1800s. So I put the book in my closet and spent some time making a credits page for Cube Climb 2! That was one of the last things on my to-do list for the game, so it's coming extremely soon... Stay tuned!
December 15, 2020- Well, it's gonna be Christmas soon - Might as well put that Santa hat on my logo again...
December 13, 2020- Man, it's been a long time since I wrote in this textbox. I haven't touched this website in almost a full year, and to be honest, I kind of miss making games for it. I mean, jadynsgames.com makes me absolutely no money, (which my mobile app does do by the way) but I still love it. So I’ve actually been working on a new game in the past couple of weeks: Cube Climb 2! It’s a lot more fun than the first one, has much better art and animations, and it has music that you’ll actually want to turn on. (Unlike that hideously annoying background track from the original...) So yeah, get hyped for “Cube Climb 2” - Coming soon! (Also, I changed up the intro paragraph today in case you actually care.)
March 13, 2020- "Roller Snag" comes to jadynsgames.com! Now, you can enjoy the game not only on mobile devices, but on computers, too! Of course, you still have to download the game for some extra features...
March 11, 2020- "Roller Snag" has just received a brand-new update! Click HERE to check out all the awesome new features!
Febuary 17, 2020- New Game! Only this time, it's not a web game... It's a mobile one! Click HERE to download "Roller Snag" on the Google Play Store!
Febuary 9, 2020- Our ads have been restored! Thanks to everyone who helped to correct the Google AdSense policy violation!
January 11, 2020- As you may have noticed, there are no longer any ads on this website. This is due to an ad policy regarding invalid traffic and clicks being violated. Please do not randomly click ads that are not interesting to you, as it violates the Google Adsense policy, and will eventually lead to jadynsgames.com being banned from the program.

January 5, 2020- Bug fixes for Cube Climb, as well as polish or the front page.
